Tony, Jen & Heidi

Jen & Tony wanted to be sure to include a special family member on their big day. Heidi has been a part of Tony’s life for over 10 years and couldn’t imagine her not being there for his wedding. She even had her own flowers!

Mishea & John

What a fun day!  Mishea & John are expecting their first baby within a few weeks and wanted to document this special time in a unique way. We spent some time wandering around the D.C. at their favorite spots!

This was at the farmers market they like to go to. I love just taking casual photos of everyday things to mark a time in someones life.

Then John told me about this incredible book store, Capitol Hill Books. Every surface that could hold books, did, even totally covering windows. There were books to the ceiling! What a great photo opp!

We were just about finished when I spotted this area! Love the hearts!

And last...a few fun shots in the Metro.

Congratulations Mishea & John, I wish you the best!

Courtney & Steve

This is one creative bride!

Courtney definitely put her personal style into her wedding! It all started with the feather hair pieces for her bridesmaids. She also had a beautiful white one for herself durring the reception!

Then for centerpieces, vintage looking bird cages and small 'nests' with jordan almonds in white & blue for guests to enjoy.
Instead of a guest book, and to continue with the bird theme, Courtneys Mom came up with this great idea! A wish tree. Guests write their wishes onto tags then attach them to the tree.
